August League & FA Cup Highlights DVD out now

Probably one of if not the best competitive start to a season since the Brakes came back - both for the 100% record and the way the lads played.

Five wins out of five, 13 goals for 3 against, and great crowds.

The league fixtures stirred a few past Southern League memories:

Starting with a good away win at Chesham against Aylesbury Utd - with the first contender for the goal of the season from Jai Stanley.

The first home game was the unexpected League appearance of Nuneaton Town in a crackingly competitive game.

A straightforward win over Dunstable Town was followed by an emphatic win away at relegated Bromsgrove Rovers.

Then the FA Cup season opened with a good win at home to Staveley Miners Welfare which had us wondering whether we were to see the FA Cup at the NWG sometime later this season?

Watch all the highlights, goals, saves and new haircuts in glorious super definition colour on your own screen - get the DVD at the next game or order on-line.

Thanks again to Paul Edwards for the highlights edit.

Dunstable Town Goal Clips

1-0, Jai Stanley's pass to Luke Corbett beats the offside trap:

2-0, Mark Bellingham puts Mykel Beckley through to ensure 3 points:

It seems video.google also lowers the resolution according to busy times of day - so to see a better quality replay try in the morning or click on the google button at bottom right and then click on "go to Google Video" and then you can use the download video button in the Details tab on the right.
The reason I use video.google is because it's free and it uses disk space on their servers instead of blowing my ISPs quota.
